Supa crema de legume cu ghimbir / Cream Ginger Vegetable Soup

Supa crema de legume cu ghimbir este optiunea ideala cand ai pofta de ceva usor, insa aromat si foarte, foarte delicios.

Ingrediente:
3 cartofi mari, 3-4 morcovi tineri, 1 dovlecel mic, 1 ceapa, 1 lingurita de praf de ghimbir, 100 g de unt, 4-5 linguri de smantana, ulei de masline.

Pune legumele la fiert cu putina sare si 1 lingura de ulei de masline. Cand s-au fiert indeparteaza ceapa. Scurge excesul de zeama intr-un castron. Pune untul peste legume, apoi paseaza-le pana ce devin o pasta omogena. Amesteca in zeama pusa separat smantana. Apoi adauga putin cate putin peste legumele pasate, pana ce obtii consistenta dorita. Adauga praful de ghimbir si sare dupa gust.

Ingredients: 3 large potatoes, 3-4 baby carrots, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon powder ginger, 100 g butter, 5 tablespoons sour cream, olive oil
 
Wash and peel the vegetables. Boil the in salted water, add some oil in the water. When the vegetables are boiled, remove the onion. Pour the remaining water into a bowl.
Mash the vegetables, add the butter and the sour cream, add the water, mixing slowly. Add the ginger powder and salt at your taste. Mix again.
