Ingrediente: 7-8 ardei grasi, 2 pulpe dezosate de curcan, 1 ceapa medie, 100 g de orez cu bob rotund, 1 ceasca de bulion, 1 legatura de patrunjel verde, 1/2 de lingurita de boia dulce, 1/2 de lingurita de sare (optional sau deloc, daca prepari ardeii pentru un bebe de sub 1 an)
Spala si goleste ardeii de seminte. Aseaza-i intr-un vas care sa ii tina in picioare, rezemati unul de celalalt.
Toaca in robot carnea, adauga apoi ceapa tocata marunt, bulionul, boiaua, patrunjelul tocat si el marunt si orezul. Amesteca totul bine si umple ardeii cu amestecul obtinut. Eu am umplut si rosii si dovlecei, pentru ca nu mi-au ajuns ardeii si trebuia sa ii stabilizez in cratita. Lasa-i la fiert pentru 60-70 de minute la foc mic.

Ingredients: 7-8 bell peppers, 2 bonless turkey legs, 1 onion, 100 g rice, 1 cup tomato juice, fresh parsley, 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional, avoid it if you serve it to a child unde 1 year old)
Wash and eliminate the seeds of the bell peppers, trying to keep them complete. Minced the turkey meat in a kitchen robot. Add the chopped onion and parsley, the washed rice, the tomato juice, and mix well. Fill the bell peppers with the mixture and put them in a pot, standing. Cover them with water and let them boil for 60-70 minutes, at a small fire on the stove.
