Ingrediente: 3-4 cartofi, 2 morcovi, 7-8 ciupercute Champignon proaspete, 100 g de crema de branza, 100 g de unt, 1 lingura de ulei de masline, cate un varf de lingurita de boia dulce, rozmarin, praf de usturoi, sare, piper alb, oregano
Curata si taie morcovii si cartofii cuburi. Pune-i la fiert cu o jumatate de lingura de ulei de masline, dar ai grija sa nu ii fierbi prea tare. Separat pune ciupercile intregi la fiert, dupa ce le-ai spalat si curatat, cu cealalta jumatate de lingura de masline.
Pune condimentele intr-un castron si amesteca-le bine.
Cand toate legumele si ciupercile sunt fierte, scurge-le de apa, pune-le intr-un castron, adauga peste ele crema de branza, condimentele si untul si amesteca bine, pana ce sunt acoperite fiecare in parte de amestec.
Aseaza-le apoi pe frigarui alternandu-le si incheind cu palariile ciupercilor ca si capac si pentru un aspect frumos. Pune frigaruile pe un gratar sau pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt.
Lasa-le la cuptorul incins in prealabil pentru 30-45 de minute, la 220 de grade Celsius.

Ingredients: 3-4 potatoes, 2 carrots, 7-8 fresh Champingon mushrooms, 100 grams cream cheese, 100 grams butter, 1 spoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes. Cut them in medium pieces. Boil them in water and 1/2 spoon of olive oil, but watch them, so you won'tboil them too much. They must be hard. Wash the mushrooms and boil them too, separately.
Put all the spices in a bowl and mix them together.
When the vegetables and the mushrooms are boiled, strain them and put them in a large bowl. Add the butter and the cream cheese, the spices, and mix.
Heat the oven.
Put the pieces og carrots, potatoes and mushrooms on skewers.
Set them in the oven, on a grill, for 45 minutes, at 220 Celsius degrees.
